We have years of experience in framing, insurance claims, renovations, decks, fences and general contracting; we are constantly striving to learn about new building products and techniques, and look at every new project as a new opportunity to do amazing work.

We stand behind our work and your satisfaction is our number one priority throughout the entire process, from start to finish.  We work with an incredible network of other trades, so if there is an aspect of a project requiring outside expertise we are able to recommend someone else who is qualified and can deliver.

Meet Conrad

Conrad Neufeld is the owner of Norcad Construction Ltd. and started in this industry approximately 14 years ago, earning his Journeyman Certification 10 years ago. However, his building career started at a young age! Whenever his dad was tackling a project he had to help, sometimes whether he wanted to or not! Taking the time to do any job, no matter the size, the right way was always a must; it didn’t matter if they were fixing the roof at the cabin, changing flooring at his grandma's house or building a small garden shed, the only way was the right way. Conrad is passionate about building and helping his customers realize their home and project dreams. Making sure his customers are comfortable each step of the way is very important to Conrad and thats why he always maintains a very clean and organized work site, as well as surrounds himself with others, from his team to trades, who are just as passionate about building homes as he is. Nothing makes Conrad happier than seeing someone's dream home or renovation take shape!
